Rooted in the faith of the Coptic Orthodox tradition since the 1st century
St. Bishoy Coptic Orthodox Church is part of one of the world's oldest Christian communities, tracing its origins to the preaching of St. Mark the Evangelist in Alexandria, Egypt, circa 42 AD. Our parish carries forward this rich heritage of faith, liturgy, and monastic spirituality.
Our church is named after St. Bishoy (4th century), a beloved desert monk known for his extreme humility and deep love for Christ. He is venerated as one of the greatest saints of the Coptic tradition, and his relics rest in the monastery bearing his name in Wadi El Natrun, Egypt.
We are a welcoming parish family committed to authentic Orthodox worship, Christian education, and service to our broader community. All are welcome to come and pray with us.
